Booking Advice and Policies

For a booking to the Airport, Heliport, Rail Station, Bus Station you will be informed by the call taker the time recommended by Rainbow City Taxis that you are collected prior to your check-in or departure time, these recommended times may alter from time to time due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (for example, road closures, accidents, etc).

These times are recommendations for travel within a 10 mile radius of your departure point.

Airport and Heliport

At the time of booking the call taker will make you aware that Rainbow City Taxis recommend you are collected a minimum of 2 hours prior to your flight time.

Trains, Buses and Coaches

At the time of booking the call taker will make you aware that you are collected a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your departure time.

Appointments

At the time of booking the call taker will make you aware that you are collected a minimum 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

These recommended times may vary during adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. (i.e. major road closures)

Payment Methods

All of our drivers accept cash, all major credit & debit cards and contactless payments in their vehicle, receipts are available on request from your driver at the time of your journey.
