All bookings are received at our office in Craigshaw Road either by telephone or fax. We also have an email booking facility which is exclusive to corporate account customers.

All bookings are received by either telephone, fax or email (exclusive to account bookings only) and are entered into our "Evo" system where each one is allocated a job id number; this is often a handy number to have in case you have to call back. Once your booking is made it is stored in the database and an audit trail is created for your job.
Booking Audit Trail Guarantees Full Accountability
The audit trail notes every event that takes place for a booking from the time the driver receives the hire to the time the driver drops off including the time the driver puts the meter on in the taxi.
In the event of booking a taxi to the Airport, Heliport, Rail Station, Bus Station or Ferry Terminal you will be informed by our telephonists the amount of time our company recommend that you are collected prior to your check-in or departure time, these recommendations may alter from time to time due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (for example, road closures).
